Description
Mobile tools are democratizing access to biomedicine in low resource areas of the world. This course highlights the impact of portable technologies on human biology through three modes of innovation: communication (e.g., sensors, cellphones), intervention (e.g., telemedicine, drones), and population analytics (e.g., metadata, epidemic tracking). Prerequisites: upper-division standing.
