Description
Genomes are the immortal agents of evolution, passing from one individual to another in an unbroken line since the origin of life. This course explores the structure of genomes, the functions of its parts on a genome scale, the mechanisms of genome change, and the applications of genomic methods and knowledge. Enrollment restricted to MS students only in the following major code: BI84, BI87. May be co-scheduled with BIMM 172.
