Description
How should we respond to the continued violation of human rights to exercise freedom of expression and to engage in open inquiry and social justice actions without fear of persecution? Students will gain a practical understanding of the mechanisms through which different actors fight for human rights by researching and/or participating in an international human rights advocacy campaign on behalf of a specific journalist, activist, or scholar at risk of expulsion, imprisonment, or death.
