Description
Discussion of CMOS packaging, PCB design, and how to measure and characterize the performance of CMOS circuits. Students will learn how to characterize their design and automate measurements. Recommended preparation: ECE 164, Analog Integrated Circuit Design, or equivalent. Prerequisites: ECE 266A with a grade of B– or above; graduate standing.
