Description
The course provides an introduction to a number of modern statistical learning methods. It covers the basic concepts and computational issues behind these methods, the concepts of prediction and uncertainty quantification, as well as applications in economics and business. Prerequisites: ECON 120C. Enrollment limited to EN25, EN26, EN28, and MA33 majors only or by consent of department.
