ENG 30. Creative Problem-Solving for the Twenty-First-Century Changemaker (4 units)

Description
Students learn problem-solving strategies and heuristics and apply them in lab modules and a quarter-long team project. Students will employ strategies to identify problems, test and verify assumptions, and develop solutions. Strategies include Duncker Diagram, fishbone diagram, systems thinking, KT analysis, and Five Whys.
