Description
Many firms have extensive information about customers’ choices and how they react to marketing campaigns, but few have the expertise to act on such information efficiently. In this course, students will learn a scientific approach to marketing with hands-on use of technologies such as databases, analytics, and computing systems to collect, analyze, and act on customer information. Letter grade only. Students may not earn credit for both MGTA 455 and MGTA 455R. Prerequisites: MGTA 451, MGTA 452, MGTA 453, restricted to MS in business analytics program or with department and instructor approval.
