Description
The course covers the foundations of finance with emphasis on corporate finance applications. Discussion of the major financial decisions made by managers both within the firm and in interactions with investors. Essential in most of these decisions is the process of valuation which is an important emphasis of the course. Prerequisites: restricted to master of finance program or instructor approval, or by department approval.
