Description
This course examines how effective customer insights drive strategic marketing decisions. Students learn to apply customer data at multiple levels—from cultures to micro behaviors—with the guidance of frameworks in marketing. Emphasizing conceptual understanding without going into computational details, the course uses case studies, projects, and class discussions to develop strategic thinking, customer insight, and communication skills for success as marketers. Prerequisites: MGT 100, upper-division standing.
