Description
Examines method of conflict resolution needed for effective management in a constantly changing business environment. Applies these tools to the broad spectrum of negotiation problems faced by the manager and professional. Includes simulations, role-playing, and cases. Students may not receive credit for both MGT 420R and MGT 420. This is a distance education course. Prerequisites: MBA student or instructor approval or department approval.
