Description
Effective decision-making requires savvy analysis of the uncertainty prevalent in today’s business environments and the conflicting objectives attendant to any meaningful engagement. Of course, savvy analysis is not enough. You must also be adept at engaging others and obtain buy-in for insights you draw from any analysis. This course aims to improve understanding of the psychology of uncertainty and conflict, and improve understanding of how to best exert influence to achieve goals. Letter grade only. Prerequisites: MGT 409 and MBA student or by instructor approval or by department approval.
