Description
Provides students with a comprehensive understanding of world-class supply management processes, data sources and processes to develop cost models, and a structured process to create and implement cost management strategies. Students learn through industry leader guest speakers and real-life examples of concept implementation at various Fortune 100 companies. Prerequisites: MGT 413 and MBA student or by instructor approval or by department approval.
