Description
An advanced graduate course focusing on digital business model innovation using customer-centric principles. Students will learn to identify opportunities for disruption and assess risks of being disrupted using the customer value chain. They will learn how to build business models by harnessing the power of decoupling. Prerequisites: MGT 407 and MBA or MSBA student or by instructor approval or by department approval.
