Examine tools and frameworks to understand how companies can effectively implement social media marketing campaigns. Through case studies, experiments, research, and class discussion, explore how companies use these emerging technologies to reach and engage customers in powerful new ways. Letter grade only. Prerequisites: MBA student or by instructor approval.
