Description
Focuses on the financing of new ventures and technological innovation. Includes perspectives of both the entrepreneur and the investor, including the venture capital process and methods of financial valuation useful in the venture capital industry and for other technology investments. Students may receive credit for one of the following: MGT 493R or MGT 493 or MGTF 410. This is a distance education course. Prerequisites: MBA student or instructor approval or department approval.
