Description
Public health policy is what public officials within government, and by extension the citizens they represent, choose to do or not to do about public health problems. This course provides an overview of the U.S. health policy landscape and addresses the development of explicit health policies to promote certain health behaviors, policies aimed at public health safety, and policy issues related to emerging health and biomedical technologies.
