Description
This course examines the relationship between human activities, the environment, and health. It explores how environments affect well-being, focusing on hazards from workplaces and contamination. It also addresses personal and societal behaviors impacting environmental health and reviews strategies to mitigate negative human effects at individual and community levels. Prerequisites: must be enrolled in MPH program (PB75, PB87, PB88, PB89, PB90, and PB91) or program approval. Renumbered from FMPH 404. Students may not receive credit for both FMPH 404 and PH 404.
