Description
Students will be introduced to and discuss important issues in public health in an interactive format with the MPH director, other FMPH faculty, and public health professionals from the San Diego public health community. Each week the class will focus on a different topic and the career path of one or more public health researchers or practitioners. Prerequisites: must be enrolled in MPH program (PB75, PB87, PB88, PB89, PB90, and PB91) or program approval. Renumbered from FMPH 461. Students may not receive credit for both FMPH 461 and PH 461.
