Description
This seminar-style course offers students the opportunity to explore key areas of public health, covering foundational principles across a variety of topics. Subjects range and may include, but are not limited to, career pathways in public health, strategies for maintaining well-being and academic success, mental health awareness and support, sexual health and reproductive rights, mindfulness practices, financial wellness, stress management, and more.
