Description
Without action, global heating threatens to disrupt organized human existence. This class covers how global heating arose and its effects, why there is so little action by decision-makers, why some people are still skeptical about the facts and the need to respond, what justice demands, how to process our emotions, what kinds of policies are needed to cut emissions and to achieve community resilience in the face of climate and social damages, and why social mobilization is critical.
