Description
Dynamic/model testing of structures: test planning/execution, actuation, sensing, and data acquisition, signal processing, data conditioning, test troubleshooting. Methods of updating finite element structural models to correlate with dynamic test results. Model/test correlation assessment in industrial practice. Knowledge of MATLAB strongly encouraged. Prerequisites: SE 101C (or MAE 130C) and SE 131A (or SE 131).
