Description
This course provides a framework for understanding the intrinsic properties of rocks (mineralogy, diffusion, deformation). It explores fundamental aspects of geological processes with an emphasis on the interpretation of geophysical data. The course focuses on micro-, rock-, and planet-scale mechanisms. Prerequisites: graduate standing or consent of instructor.
