Description
This course will support students in developing the dissertation prospectus. Through the course of the quarter and aided by readings (both theoretical and methodological), students will formulate their research problems as they relate to the fields of theatre, dance, and performance studies. Students will also clarify the primary objects, methods, and contributions of the dissertation. Participants will workshop their ideas and receive regular feedback. Prerequisites: admission to PhD program in theatre.
