Description
This course reviews the legal issues, processes, and institutions involved in real estate. Topics include principles of real property law, legislative and judicial institutions, land use and environmental regulation, financial instruments, property transactions, and forms of investment and development entities. Prerequisites: upper-division standing or consent of instructor.
