Description
This course compares real estate markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. It explores the factors that affect these regions’ real estate economies including finance in city systems, emerging markets, development trends, demographic shifts, and urban planning. Prerequisites: upper-division standing or consent of instructor.
