Description
In this course, students will work together in teams to complete a development proposal for a real world location provided by the San Diego chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). Students will meet with industry professionals to evaluate the most feasible, highest, and best use of space on the site provided. May be taken for credit up to two times. Prerequisites: USP 159A and upper-division standing or consent of instructor.
