Description
This course introduces students to the challenges of developing and financing real property. Students work in teams to prepare a proposal for a complete site-specific project that incorporates real estate finance, development, and design. Prerequisites: USP 50, USP 124, USP 151, USP 152, and USP 153. Restricted to seniors within the Real Estate and Development major. (Only offered fall quarter.)
