Description
Critique-based, studio continuation of VIS 146A. Advanced topics in computer-controlled manufacturing and subtractive multi-axis CNC technologies. Includes survey of emerging or esoteric fabrication technologies and advanced 3-D CAD design for outsourcing to commercial and specialist fabricators. Prerequisites: VIS 146A. Open to ICAM and speculative design majors and computing and the arts and speculative design minors.
