Description
Representation and manipulation of pictorial data. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional transformations, curves, surfaces. Projection, illumination, and shading models. Raster and vector graphic I/O devices; retained-mode and immediate-mode graphics software systems and applications. This course is a distance education course. Students may not receive credit for CSE 167 and CSE 167R or MATH 155A. Prerequisites: CSE 100 or CSE 100R; restricted to CS25, CS26, CS27, and EC26 majors. All other students will be allowed as space permits.
