Description
Course studies how firms and individuals make decisions in the context of risk and uncertainty. Students will learn about investment- and decision-making under uncertainty, hedging strategies, real options approaches to project evaluation, and sources and measurement of risk and uncertainty. Applications include financial crises, policy uncertainty and reform credibility, and reviewing the evidence on how businesses respond to risk.
