Description
Course teaches the management tools with which managers can prepare for digital transformation and technological disruptions, and how to build forward-looking processes of innovation, design, business modeling, dynamic capabilities, ambidexterity, reskilling, and HR shifts. Concepts will be applied to on-going global competitive shifts and differences in management approaches in the US, China, Japan, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
