Description
Class introduces students to frameworks applied by scholars and practitioners to characterize and mitigate risks posed by climate change. Students will learn about the concepts of adaptation, vulnerability, exposure, resilience, climate justice, and transformation as defined by the 2022 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Work Group Sixth Assessment Report. Students will apply these concepts through region- and sector-specific analysis projects.
