Description
Course provides an introduction to quantitative research on international relations, specifically on conflict and political violence. Students will learn to use data to better understand global trends and events and conducting replication analyses of important empirical work in the field. We will also study research methods that are specific to work on world politics and discuss common threats to inference in international relations research designs.
