Description
The maritime domain is a complex, competitive, and dynamic environment, and includes the seas, rivers, and coasts, as well as the trade that crosses them and the resources we harvest there. The course is taught using the lenses of history, technological change, economics, security, politics, policy, law, and culture. In an era of globalization, climate change, and the exploration of space, the lessons of the maritime domain are essential for future policy.
